If you’ve ever wondered why sleep feels like an unsolvable mystery, you’re not alone. I’m not some sleep expert with a PhD in pillow fluffing—I’m just like you: someone who wants to sleep better, feel better, and not rely on caffeine to function like a decent human being.
That’s exactly why I started Sleep Fanatix. But here’s the thing: My posts might sound like they’re written by a sleep expert, but really, I’m just trying to hypnotize myself into thinking I know what I’m doing. Let’s be honest—I haven’t perfected sleep. Far from it.
